Ballet: Our ballet classes focus on developing a strong technical foundation, with an emphasis on proper alignment, form, and posture. Our classes are suitable for dancers ages 7+ and varied skill levels, and are designed to challenge students at every stage of their dance journey.
Contemporary: Our contemporary classes blend elements of ballet, modern, and jazz dance, with a focus on expressive movement and musicality. Our classes are tailored to meet the needs of each student, and we welcome dancers of all skill levels.
Jazz: Our jazz classes are high-energy, athletic, and dynamic, with a focus on sharp, precise movements and upbeat music. Our instructors work with each student to ensure that they are challenged and inspired, regardless of their skill level.
Cross-Training: At our studio, we prioritize the unique needs of dancers by offering specialized cross-training sessions. Led by experienced instructors, these classes are crafted to integrate strength, cardio, and mobility training, all with a keen focus on injury prevention.
Progressive Ballet Technique(PBT): Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance.
Technique: Enhance your dance foundation with our Technique class, designed to develop and refine the fundamental skills necessary for all dance styles. This class emphasizes precision, control, and artistry, offering comprehensive training that benefits dancers of all levels.
Commercial Dance: Discover the world of Commercial Dance, a vibrant and dynamic fusion of dance styles designed to capture the energy and excitement of contemporary popular culture. This class focuses on the high-energy, performance-driven dance moves seen in music videos, television, movies, and live performances.
Hip Hop: Our hip hop classes are fun and high-energy, with a focus on culture and technique. Our instructors are passionate about hip hop and work with each student to develop their skills, regardless of their experience level.
Tap: Our tap classes focus on developing a strong sense of rhythm and musicality, with a focus on learning fundamentals and advanced tap steps. Our classes are suitable for dancers of all levels, from beginners to experienced tappers.
Acro: Our acro classes blend elements of gymnastics and dance, with a focus on developing strength, flexibility, and balance. Our instructors work with each student to ensure that they are challenged and supported, regardless of their skill level. Every dancer/flipper will feel challenged at their individual level.
Tumbling: This class is a power tumbling focused class. Cheerleaders, gymnasts, and dancers alike will enjoy learning the strength and technique behind tumbling.

Competitive Dance: Our competitive dance program is designed for dancers who are looking to take their skills to the next level. Our competitive dancers participate in local, regional, and national competitions, and have a proven track record of success. Dancers should be prepared to push themselves on an individual level as soloists, duet dancers, and small groups. We welcome dancers of all levels to be evaluated for our competitive program.
Private Lessons: We offer private lessons for dancers who are looking for personalized attention and coaching. Our instructors work with each student to develop a customized lesson plan that meets their specific needs and goals. We have private instructors for all styles of dance and flipping.
